About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker with H1 Healthcare, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their homes or supported accommodation settings. Your support will help clients live more independently and engage with their community.



Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide manual handling and medication administration support
• Support clients with community access and emotional wellbeing
• Work with individuals displaying Behaviours of Concern
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
• Use initiative and demonstrate reliability while on shift
  
  
  
  What We’re Looking For
  
• Previous experience supporting participants with disabilities
• Experience with ADLs, manual handling, and medication administration
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Working With Children Check (Employee) – VIC
• Valid National Police Check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Valid Victorian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle preferred
• Flexibility to work across various sites as needed
• Availability for AM, PM, Night, and weekend shifts highly regarded
